2. Order Cut off Time

Orders placed before 16:00 (GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time will be processed on the same day. Orders submitted after this time will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Once an order has been dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3-6 business days, depending on your delivery address.

4. Shipping Coverage

This shipping policy applies to all orders shipped within the United Kingdom.

5. Shipping Fees

All orders qualify for free shipping, with no minimum purchase requirement.

We partner with UPS to provide you with reliable and secure delivery services.

For oversized items, we will arrange for delivery via freight truck. The delivery driver will contact you in advance to confirm the delivery time. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the package.

7. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will process a full refund for you without charging any additional fees. Once an order has been dispatched, all related requests are subject to our standard Returns and Refunds Policy.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update and become active.

If you have registered an account on our website, you can log in to your account page to view real-time delivery details. If you do not have an account, you can track your package via our Order Tracking page by entering your "Order Number" and the "Email Address" used during checkout.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us promptly.

9. Undelivered and Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal by the recipient, or failure to sign for the delivery, we will charge additional shipping and handling fees for redelivery. Courier companies typically hold returned packages in temporary storage for a period of time before returning them to our warehouse.

10. Lost Packages

If you suspect that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in initiating an investigation with UPS, which may take 1-3 business days to complete. Once the package is confirmed as lost, we will offer you one of two solutions, in accordance with UK consumer law: a free replacement (subject to stock availability) or a full refund.

11. Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather conditions, transport disruptions, labor disputes, seasonal shipping peaks, and security inspections. Should such issues arise, we will keep you informed of the latest developments in a timely manner. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected. In the event of a significant delay, you may have the right to cancel your order in accordance with applicable regulations.

12. Address and Order Modifications

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once a package has been dispatched, it is no longer possible to modify the delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we will charge an additional shipping fee for redelivery.

If you need to modify the contents of your order, please submit your request within 24 hours of completing the checkout process. Requests for order modifications submitted after this time limit will not be accepted.
