All hat products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We strive to provide accurate images and descriptions of our hats-including details such as color, style, and material. However, due to variations in monitors and lighting conditions, we cannot guarantee that the color of any hat displayed on the website will exactly match the color of the actual product delivered to you.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product without prior notice. All product orders are subject to our acceptance. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us; we reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason-including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order is considered accepted only after we have shipped the products to you. If, for reasons attributable to us, we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund to your original payment account.

We offer a 30-day return period for eligible, unused hats, provided that the hats remain in their original condition with all tags intact. Personalized items, custom-made goods, or items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that do not meet our return criteria-including items that show signs of wear, are damaged, or are missing their original tags.
